Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and unpretentious payroll and finance administrator for our office in Skene. You will be part of a smaller finance team and report to the CFO. As a payroll and finance administrator with us, you will work in a shared role where part of the job involves handling the entire payroll process. In the other part, you will work with accounts receivable. The role of payroll and finance administrator is part-time, approximately 50%.

You will be part of our finance team and take full responsibility for ensuring that all payroll administration is handled correctly and efficiently.

Your tasks will partly revolve around the payroll process for our 25 employees. This includes payroll preparation, from start to finish, for both our skilled workers and office staff, which requires knowledge in interpreting and applying various agreements, including regulations regarding overtime, extra hours, and vacation. You will also be responsible for all statutory reporting to authorities, tax payments, and contacts with pension companies. In addition to payroll, you will complement the finance department with ongoing tasks such as managing accounts receivable and assisting with the year-end closing process. You will also be helpful with other tasks that arise in the office.

Qualifications

You have at least a high school education in finance and several years of experience working independently with the entire payroll process and also with accounts receivable. Previous experience working with Visma Lön / Spiris is a plus.

In your work style, you are meticulous, detail-oriented, and problem-solving. You possess good collaboration skills and find it easy to connect with people in the organization. As a person, you are curious, humble, and social. You easily create new contacts and have good communication skills. You are flexible in your work style and are happy to help where needed.
